How does Green Box Postal work?

After you sign up, Green Box Postal will send you an email with instructions on using the service along with your unique Green Box Postal address. In-Store Pick-Up: Visit our store during normal business hours and pick up one or all of your packages. You can even text us ahead of time at (513) 202-3599 and we'll have your packages ready when you arrive.
What are your store hours?

Monday - Friday 9a - 6:30p; Saturday 9a - 12:30p; Sunday Closed
Can you accept packages that require signatures?

Yes, we're able to sign for packages on your behalf.
How do I cancel my plan?

We hope not to see you go, but if you must, there are two ways to cancel: 1. Give us a call and we can cancel your plan over the phone at (513) 202-3599. 2. Send us a message using our Contact form requesting to cancel.
